I've hear some people talk about P90X before. Did some research few years back about it. It sounded intense, but I never seem to have the time to do it. ): I rather just do push-ups and jog around my school. Anyone doing P90X? How's it going so far?
If only I weren't so lazy..
yes ive heard a lot about the p90x workout but never gotten to see results myself..
ReplyDeletetotally done this workout personally it's wicked, totally not a scam!!!
ReplyDeletePlyometrics is a killer of an exercise in this workout plan!
ReplyDeletethis sounds fucking hard core.
ReplyDeletefollowed!
Waste of money imo...following though.
ReplyDeleteNever tried it
ReplyDeleteI've tried and finished p90x. It's actually a good program. Of course it's not the end all of exercise routines but its definitely above average. What I liked about it is that it doesn't require much equipment and the plan is laid out for you so there's no thinking involved. But yeah, Plyometrics was a bastard.
ReplyDeleteI think you should definitely try it out. It just takes a lot of dedication. I'm currently doing p90x+. Good luck.
Good post...
ReplyDeleteme --> lazy too ;)
wow that's fuckin sick, i would have gotten this back when i was active haha!
ReplyDeleteThis person has done a whole blog about the program.

This looks great for a workout following.
ReplyDeleteI'd never heard of this workout, I may give it a try as I am preparing for a 12 week rigorous exercise routine.
ReplyDeletenever tried it personally but i've heard good things ;D
ReplyDeleteI would probably workout more..liek you guys..if only i had more strength. Im very weak :(
ReplyDeletenever heard of, a quick google makes it sounds pretty intense
ReplyDeletesounds pretty hardcore, wonder if the effects last!
ReplyDeleteP90x is ok. For myself at least I only noticed a slight strength increase and they only part I did not do was yoga was way to boring.
ReplyDeleteI've heard about it but never tried it.
ReplyDeleteHave tried it before - Really only something you can keep up for a few weeks tops - It DESTROYS you. How you can have an abs routine that intense for so long beats the crap out of me, I could hardly get up to walk afterwards without pitching over
ReplyDeleteGood luck if you ever decide to get into it hahaha, very, very intense!
I started this last week and I'm sore all over, but I'm really looking forward to the results!
ReplyDeleteI'm a jumpin' jack kinda guy.
ReplyDeleteSounds insane! wonder if it works!
ReplyDeletesounds hard!
ReplyDeleteI know a girl who's been using it regular, she cut about 30 pounds. But she's also been swimming and doing the sauna thing.
ReplyDeleteI have p90x but I never used it
ReplyDeleteI tired it but it never works well gives me headaches
ReplyDeleteI have a friend that will be starting this up soon. I try and just do pushups and stuff myself.
ReplyDeleteFrom what I hear, it has no benefits above what HIIT offers for cardio and is a poor replacement for a bodybuilding / aesthetics routine. There may be some good exercises in there for bodyweight strength training, but you'll need heavy chains or a weight belt to make them better.
ReplyDeleteLike many comments, Plyometrics is a proven regiment in any workout.
