Hey guys!
I apologize for not being as active on my blog as I should be, but university ain't easy! Huge transition from high school to university; more homework, longer days and A LOT more students in the classroom. How do I have time to keep in shape?
I usually have an hour or two breaks in between my classes. I use my break to go to the gym and work out a bit. It may not be a lot, but it's better than just sitting down and doing nothing on my break. Even though you may be busy, please try to at least get a bit of exercise!
