Summer Is HOT



It's summer and the sun is shining bright! Really hot right now, dreading going back to summer school. It's been difficult to work out due to it being so hot. Only worked out once in the past four days. Hope my school gym has AC though! How's summer for everyone?

Winter Break!


I apologize for the late post, but school has really been keeping me busy. Really excited that exams are finally over. Will finally be able to sleep in late haha. Sadly, school starts again on January 2nd. However, I will be taking less courses this term so I'm pretty stoked about that. Anyways..

University is keeping me busy!

Hey guys!

I apologize for not being as active on my blog as I should be, but university ain't easy! Huge transition from high school to university; more homework, longer days and A LOT more students in the classroom. How do I have time to keep in shape?
I usually have an hour or two breaks in between my classes. I use my break to go to the gym and work out a bit. It may not be a lot, but it's better than just sitting down and doing nothing on my break. Even though you may be busy, please try to at least get a bit of exercise!

School is Starting Soon! Educate Yourself!

School is starting soon! School is just right around the corner. Stay fit while you still can. Why not educate yourself before school even starts? Educate yourself about a healthy and fit lifestyle. I guarantee you will learn a lot! Just because school is starting doesn't mean you have to stop working out. Study hard, but not too hard! Plan your daily schedule with breaks for work out time. Do some daily stretches to loosen up your neck. If your school offers a physical education program, please take it! It will definitely be worth the time. Join some sports teams or clubs and you will be fit as well. So why stop when summer ends? Keep going!

Count your Calories!


I found this new FREE app in the health and fitness section of the app store - 'My Calorie Counter iPhone App.' It's a great app which helps you track your calories for what you eat. It's really simple and easy to use! All you have to do is input what you ate and the calories of the item you ate. Eventually, the calories will add up, and you will realize how much you ate within the time lapse. There are many other apps like this throughout the app store which are FREE as well! Here's a rather popular one, that you may have seen in the  FREE section of the app. store: Calorie Counter. Time Flies


Time is quickly passing. I remember when I started this blog and there wasn't much on it. Now, I have followers and viewers. I thank you all for the wonderful support. As time progresses, our bodies are aging. We will eventually be weak and old. But don't let your health stop your enjoyment of life. Be healthy now, and stay healthy in the future.
